The idea is not to force a guilt trip on you, but rather to motivate you to see how you need to get on top of things in order to get things done.

The hardest part of the process is going to be with the next tip. You need to find a way to motivate yourself to get things done right away. There is no formula or method that can help you. It has to come from inside, and you need to really want and hunger for it.

Any of a million tasks that you need to get out of the way are fair game as far as taking things one by one and getting them done. The key here is to do things, not worry about them and put them off. The more things you do, the less you will want to delay getting things done.
